Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Orka Bag, we want your experience to be simple and stress-free.
These guidelines explain how cancellations and exchanges work for orders placed on OrkaBag.shop.
Orka Bag is owned and operated by BAGS 3207 ORIENT RD LLC, Tampa, Florida (USA).


1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please email support@orkabag.shop as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Wrong size or variation sent

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@orkabag.shop
  2. Include your full name, order number, and a photo/video of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions

Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • Exchange requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for an exchange.
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or process a refund instead.
