A. 14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unused and unworn
- in original condition
- with all tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
B. How to Request a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photo/video of the product (if damaged/defective)
Our support team responds within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.
C. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
D. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- defective or damaged items
- incorrect items
- wrong size received

E. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to finalize the transaction.
F. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If processing has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
If approved, cancellation refunds are processed within 7 business days.
