1. Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after your payment is confirmed.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Undeliverable or uncollected parcels
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to pay a reshipping fee for us to send it again.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
